CPA Ibrahim Mizengo, is a Certified Public Accountant and a registered Tax Consultant. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA). He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Audit View Consultants.
With a rich and diverse professional career spanning over 18 years, CPA Mizengo has worked with various organizations in senior and technical roles. He has led and performed numerous advisory and audit engagements, including Statutory Audits, Investigative Audits, Internal Audits, Capacity Assessment Audits, and Agreed-Upon Procedures
Prior to founding Audit View Consultants, CPA Mizengo served as Audit Manager at Uhuru Auditors for four years. He also worked as an Auditor at M&I Dolphin Associates, Head of Finance at TALGWU Microfinance PLC for three years, and Branch Accountant at Youth Self Employment Foundation (YOSEFO).
CPA Mizengo has accumulated extensive experience in microfinance, banking, auditing, accounting, and taxation. As a founding partner and Managing Partner of Audit View Consultants, his leadership is driven by a strong commitment to professional excellence. He consistently leverages his expertise to deliver innovative solutions and high-quality results, contributing significantly to the advancement of the financial, audit, and advisory sectors.

CPA Hassan Kiloloma

Partner

CPA Hassan Kiloloma, is a distinguished Partner at Audit-View Consultants, where he plays an instrumental role in shaping the firm's financial excellence and strategic direction. With a remarkable seven years of experience in the realms of auditing, accounting, and finance, Hassan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), and boasts prestigious certifications as a Certified Professional Banker (CPB) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Hassan's illustrious career also includes a significant tenure as Assistant Lecturer at Institute of Rural Development Planning(IRDP) and his current role as a Lecturer at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA). His remarkable expertise and educational background make him a highly regarded figure in the finance and accounting industry.
Before joining Audit -View Consultants, I held the position of Zonal Financial Officer at TANESCO for two years. In addition, I served as a Manager at Uhuru Auditor and worked as an Auditor at M&I Dolphiph Associates."

CPA. Maxmilian Gabriel Malisa

Tax Manager

CPA. Maxmilian Gabriel Malisa, is a highly skilled professional in the fields of auditing, accounting, and taxation, with the added distinction of being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Hailing from Tanzania, he pursued his higher education in accounting and finance and earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University. Maximilian has since embarked on a successful career path in the financial industry. Maximilian's professional journey began with a three-year tenure at VA Business Assurance Services, where he served as an Audit.
In this role, he gained invaluable experience in auditing the financial statements of various companies and institutions. His meticulous approach ensured the accuracy of audited financial statements while adhering to stringent accounting principles and regulatory standards.
Following this period, Maximilian joined Uhuru Auditors, where he assumed the roles of Auditor. Here, he specialized in auditing financial statements, accounting, and tax-related matters. His expertise extended to providing strategic recommendations for enhancing internal company systems, assisting in the resolution of complex tax issues, and ensuring strict compliance with tax laws.
Presently, Maximilian Gabriel Malisa holds the position of Tax Manager at Audit View Consultants. Mr. Patrick Godson, is an Assistant Audit professional with two years of experience at Audit View Consultants, specializing in auditing for governments, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He completed his Bachelor of Finance and Banking degree at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha.
Prior to joining Audit View Consultants, Patric worked as an Assistant Accountant at the University of Arusha for one year, gaining valuable experience in financial management and accounting practices.
